Design, location and mini wellness club. Sauna was very good. Very friendly staff. Two LCD screens (why do we need actualy in one room?). Bathroom was just perfect!

Loudnes. It's on the blumenrain strasse where the trams are very frequently. Pillow was not so comfortable. No clock in the breakfast area so you don't know exactly if you can still eat something or you have to go. Lack of drawers and units.

The place was reasonably priced. Had a really really nice stay for a short business trip, everything was first-class. Its location was very central, close to Martinskirche Church. Booked a deluxe king room with a laptop-compatible safe, a minibar, and a sofa bed. The bathroom was great walk-in and included a walk-in shower, which I appreciated.

Excellent bathroom and shower and good breakfast. Free wi fi very welcome.

Shower! Air conditioning. Location. Size of room. Taxi assistance to airport. Basel transit pass. Half price to museums. Toiletries.

No carpet. Noise from heavy feet upstairs. Mattress pad was wrinkled up under the sheet. Duvet was too thick for summer.

Room at night was loud, some machine, maybe a/c made loud noise, couldn't sleep. Breakfast was not very extensive although expensive. Huge winter blanket provided in midsummer heat.

The Executive Room was spacious and super comfy, and I really appreciated the free public transport card they gave us for easy travel. I loved unwinding in the sauna and steam room after a long day. Just a heads up, the workspace in the room was a bit cramped and had limited plug options, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all! 😊

Impeccably clean hotel, the staff was extremely helpful and really helpful.

The location was unbeatable, just 5 min walk from Basler Munster. There was satisfactory breakfasts with three hot dishes and allergic friendly options, for instance.

This hotel is a great base for family adventures. We loved exploring the nearby cultural sites, and the convenient location made it easy to walk everywhere. The room was clean and modern.
